Welcome to the 2014 Onalaska Middle School Track & Field Apparel Website.
Here you will order your apparel and checkout through a secure website where you will enter your credit/ debit card information through Paypal.
If you do not have a Paypal account... you simply select the Pay With a Debit or Credit Card Option.
ENTER STUDENTS NAME: Prior to submitting your order through Paypal, please enter the students name in the box that appears after selecting the add NOTE TO SELLER field. This will aid in making sure the proper student gets the merchandise.
If you are ordering personalized apparel, this requires an additional form to fill out.
You will first fill out your apparel order form and then fill out the personalization form.
This is necessary to guarantee your personalization is done correctly.
The personalization form instructions are on the page and also in the description of the personalized selections of the item descriptions.

The first deadline for apparel is April 6th with delivery on April 14th.
Embroidered apparel can be ordered at any time thereafter.
